How do I return an item?

RETURNS

ALL returns MUST have an RMA# issued by Moped Warehouse AND be CLEARLY WRITTEN on the OUTSIDE of your returned package. Packages without a valid RMA on THE OUSIDE of your package will NOT be accepted!

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge unless shipping error was caused by Moped warehouse. All returns in excess of $100.00 will be for store credit only. All return freight is the responsibility of the customer unless error was caused by Moped warehouse. Any items returned must be in original OEM packaging and re-mailed in the same packaging Moped Warehouse originally shipped it in including all packing materials as delivered to the customer, with absolutely no signs of attempted installation or damage to product, OEM packaging or shipping packaging. Absolutely no returns on any electrical components (switches, points, condensers, coils, bulbs etc.) Absolutely no returns on fuel jets. Absolutely no returns on special order items. Absolutely no returns after 30 day of original order. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the Moped Warehouse receipt and a valid RMA number clearly written on the outside of the returned package. All packages are carefully packed and shipped by USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation whenever possible (unless otherwise specified). Shipping insurance is available at additional cost however insurance must be requested. Moped Warehouse accepts no liability for damage or loss occurring during the shipping process. We will however assist in any shipping insurance claims.  If you refuse delivery on a package, you are responsible for the return shipping costs, as well as any outstanding duties, fees, tariffs or taxes.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, duties, or other fees imposed by your government. Moped Warehouse does not charge these fees, and we have no control over the amount of the fees. All such fees are your responsibility, and are not included in the shipping charges quoted to you. Please contact your customs office for information about additional fees.
