Manual choke lever for Amal 15 and 17 mm carburetor
They replace the existing choke cable and lever assembly normally used on the Amal 15 mm and the Amal 17 mm carbs.

Machined brass construction.  Pull up to activate the choke . It snaps into that position until you push it down.
